Beam Benefits wants to ensure our existing groups can easily and quickly transfer their Broker/Agent of Record without re-quoting; requests for this change can be sent to: BOR@beambenefits.com
To ensure Beam Benefits can proceed with the BOR change in a timely manner, please confirm that you have included a BOR letter containing the following information:
• Group name
• Group number
• Tax ID for the new brokerage
• New agent name
• Group signature
Once all required information is received, we will move forward with processing your request.
BOR changes will require new broker/agents with Beam Benefits get appointed with our insurance policy carriers. Our BOR team will help in all paperwork and introductions to make this transition as smooth as possible. We ask new brokers to plan for this in advance as they take over a group and their commissions.
