If you have an employee that needs an address, phone, or email update follow these steps:
Do you use a file feed? Work with your vendor or for questions email edi@beambenefits.com
- Log into your account at app.beambenefits.com/groups
- If you have access to multiple companies, use the search bar at the top to find the desired company or group
- Select the relevant profile (likely Broker Producer Profile or Eligibility Profile)
- Click 'Employees' on the left-hand navigation bar
- Select the employee from the list or search via the search bar at the top of the page.
- On the employee page, scroll down into the Contact Info section, and click the small blue pencil icon.
- The Edit screen will appear
- Follow the prompts and update the info, click next after each screen.
- Click Confirm to save
- Click Back to continue editing
- Note: Not all eligibility and broker profiles have full editing permissions for names, SSNs and dates of birth due to their sensitive PHI. For these changes, please reach out to adminsupport@beambenefits.com with the following info:
- Group Number
- Member Full name
- Beam ID, date of birth or SSN (what is currently listed in Lighthouse)
- Corrections needed.
