A full invoice can be viewed in Lighthouse using the following steps:
- Log into your account at app.beambenefits.com/groups
- If you have access to multiple companies, use the search bar at the top to find the desired company or group
- Select the relevant profile (likely Broker Producer Profile or Billing Profile)
- Select Invoices on the left-hand panel.
- All monthly invoices are available in either PDF or CSV format.
- Invoices downloaded from this page will include all member names, adjustments, and billing group summaries.
- Emailed invoices will never include member PHI. Due to HIPAA guidelines, we ask that you download your full invoices from our website.
- The Total Balance due reflects all unpaid balances
- Green highlighted boxes are paid in full.
- Yellow highlighted boxes are partially paid.
- Red highlighted boxes have no payment.
- Next Month Projected will reflect both current balances and future month balances.
- You may click "Get Statement" to view a preview of the next month's billing, which includes any adjustments made since the last invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a negative balance due to member adjustments, Beam automatically pends it to the next month's invoice after the invoice has been generated. This will reflect in the "Payment Received" section of this page and update the Total Balance Due to the new total.
