Please note: Virtual card payment opt-out requests are managed based on the tax identification number (TID). Standard processing requires 30 days for payment evaluation and the subsequent mailing of a paper check.
Approved paper check requests last for 360 days. After this period, providers will need to submit a new request.
If providers accept any virtual card (v-card) payment within the 360 days time frame, payment methods will automatically revert to v-card by default.
