When I try to accept an invite to my new profile, I get a screen that says “Email Already in Use” or an error screen

If you reach one of these screens, this means that you probably already have an account with us.

• If you know your login information
  • Go back to your email invite and click "Set up profile" (See Figure 1 below)
  • Click "Login" under Create Account button (See Figure 2 below)
  • Enter your login information
  • Select "Link Profile to Account" and follow prompts (See Figure 3 below)
• If you don't know your login information
  • Click here and follow the prompts to get a password reset email
