To review the status of a submitted claim, login to the Provider Portal.
- Click 'Claims' at the top of the screen

Locate the desired claim to review the status and other relevant details
- Note: You can print the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) document, if necessary

You can also obtain a patient's claim status by calling in to our Virtual Agent following the below steps:
- Call 1-800-648-1179
- Press "2" to select the Provider menu

Press "2" to select the 'Status of an existing claim'
- You will need your Provider TIN or NPI, the patient's date of birth, and the patient's 10-digit member ID
- You can ask for information on multiple patients during one call
