While Beam Benefits does not sell individual insurance plans, if you are leaving your employer, you may be eligible for Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) coverage.
In the state of California, Beam administers Cal-COBRA group health plans for employers with 2-19 employees. If this applies to you, you will automatically be mailed an information packet on how to sign up.
For federal COBRA administration (including CA groups with more than 19 employees) or any other state continuation laws, please contact your employer's HR or COBRA administrator for information on signing up.
