Your Beam mobile app can hold multiple profiles (not accounts) for your entire family.
When your dependents are enrolled, they will appear in our Member Portal as well as our Beam app. You and any dependents will use the same login information (email and password) to access your family's account. There is only one account per family.
Once logged in on the mobile app, you can switch user profiles two ways:
- Go to the Brush tab, tap the name of the current active profile at the top of the screen, and then select the user, or
- Go to the Profile tab, select 'Switch profiles', and then select the user
This also means you can access these different profiles from different smartphones. Your brush links to your Beam account, not to a specific device. Simply log in with your account credentials on the new device and you are all set.
