How do I access the Universal Group Application?

You can access the Universal Group Application process via:

  1. The Broker Dashboard
    • Log in to Broker Portal account 
    • Navigate to Broker Dashboard
    • Find the group you are looking to complete the Group Application process for
    • Select the ellipsis on the right 
      • image (8).png
    • Select "Go to BeamSign flow" and follow the prompts to complete the Universal Group Application
  2. Lighthouse
    • Log in to the Broker Portal account
    • Navigate to the Broker Dashboard
    • Click the group you are looking to complete the Group Application process for
    • Click on the alert at the top of the page to enter the Universal Group Application flow
