If a potential inaccuracy or data discrepancy in provider information is identified, individuals can report that information to Beam Benefits. Inaccuracies include potential inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information including, but are not limited to, address, phone, and demographic data.
How to Report:
Individuals can report potential inaccurate information to Beam by using one of the following methods:

Confirming Accuracy of Information:
When a request for potential inaccurate provider data information is received, Beam will work with the appropriate network to confirm and/or update the applicable provider information. After the Provider responds to the request, the information in the Provider Directory will be updated, if applicable.
