If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if the item you received from Beam Benefits is faulty, damaged, or otherwise not as described on our website, we can provide a full product cost refund (excluding shipping costs) for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Products must be unused and in original condition.
Please contact our Customer Support team at support@beambenfits.com with your name, order number, reason for your return, and confirm your return address--we will issue a return merchandise authorization number for your package. Return postage is not included. Refunds will be applied directly to the form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds take 5-10 days to process and may take up to two weeks to post to your account.
