We allow you to have two different addresses on file with us:
- One is for the location you'd like us to ship your Beam Brush.
- The other is your physical address, or where you live, and that's where we will send any explanation of benefits (EOB) or other communications via mail (based on your preferences selected).
If you need to update your Beam Perks shipping address, you can do so in the Member Dashboard under the Perks section.
To update your physical address, please notify your HR administrator so that they can update your address in the Lighthouse Portal on your behalf.
