You may need to sync your Beam Brush or Beam Brush Pro with the Beam mobile app to bring your brushing events up to date. Follow these steps to help troubleshoot your issue:
- Update to the most recent version of app (if needed)
- Open the app with your brush nearby. You should see a banner at the top of the screen say "Brush connected." Wait at least two minutes for events to sync.
- If the issue persists, force close and reopen the app. Wait two minutes to see if events sync.
- If the issue persists, log out of your app account, close the app, reopen it, and log back in. Wait two minutes to see if events sync.
- If the issue persists, log out of your app account and uninstall the Beam app. Reinstall the app and log back in. Wait two minutes to see if events sync.
- If the issue persists, remove the battery from your brush for about 30 seconds, then reinstall battery. Turn on the brush and let it run for a minimum of 30 seconds. Then repeat step #4.
