There are two ways to receive policy documentation by mail:
Beam Member Portal
- Login to your Member Portal at app.beambenefits.com
- Go to the drop down in the upper right-hand corner, select 'Settings'
- Check the box that says, "I decline consent to receive 
correspondence electronically"
- Hit 'Save Changes'
Beam mobile app
- Login to the Beam mobile app
- Go to the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
- Select 'Electronic consent'
- It will prompt you to sign in again (for security reasons)
- At the bottom of the screen, select 'Decline electronic consent'. A pop-up message will appear to allow you to decline.
