My app is not recognizing my Beam Brush. What do I do?

Android:

1. Go to Bluetooth settings and forget the brush
2. Turn Bluetooth off
3. Reset the Bluetooth cache. To do so follow the steps below:
4. Go into Settings > Storage > Other Apps. 
5. Select the menu (three dots) in the top right corner and select “Show System.“
6. Use the Search Icon at the top right corner and search for “Bluetooth.“
7. Select the Bluetooth icon and click “Clear Cache.“
8. Turn on Bluetooth again.
9. Reopen the app and try to “Set up a Brush” again
   
10. You should be able to see your brush when the app searches for it!
     

iOS:

1. Turn Bluetooth off Close the app
2. Power off your phone
3. Power on your phone
   
4. Open the Beam app
   
5. Turn Bluetooth back on your phone
   
6. You should be able to see your brush when the app searches for it!
