Android:
- Go to Bluetooth settings and forget the brush
- Turn Bluetooth off
- Reset the Bluetooth cache. To do so follow the steps below:
- Go into Settings > Storage > Other Apps.
- Select the menu (three dots) in the top right corner and select “Show System.“
- Use the Search Icon at the top right corner and search for “Bluetooth.“
- Select the Bluetooth icon and click “Clear Cache.“
- Turn on Bluetooth again.

Reopen the app and try to “Set up a Brush” again

You should be able to see your brush when the app searches for it!
iOS:
- Turn Bluetooth off Close the app
- Power off your phone
- Power on your phone
- Open the Beam app
- Turn Bluetooth back on your phone
- You should be able to see your brush when the app searches for it!
